U.S. Air Force Col. (Ret.) William T. Eliason is director of the National Defense University Press and editor of Joint Force Quarterly, the professional military journal of the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. He is an adjunct professor at the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy at Fort McNair in Washington, D.C. U.S. Air Force Col. John Christianson is the deputy commander, 350th Spectrum Warfare Wing, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida. He has served as an F-15E mission commander and instructor weapons system officer. He graduated from the U.S. Navy’s Electronic Attack Weapons School and served as an EA-6B instructor, evaluator and weapons officer, ultimately instructing at the U.S. Air Force Weapons School.
